Up to Our Necks

Oh, how we loved being buried up to our necks in the sand, at the beach, as children. Now we are up to our necks in global challenges. Up to our Necks invites both positive and negative interpretations. The title connotes playful moments spent on the beach, but also the idea of feeling overwhelmed. The work is comprised of three abstract heads in white concrete, grey concrete and pigmented concrete.
